01 — Problem

The old site broke on mobile, stock levels were updated by hand once a day, and customers were ordering products that were already sold out. Cart abandonment sat above 70%.

02 — Solution

We rebuilt the catalogue with filters, a quantity calculator and single-page checkout, then wired real-time inventory sync so order documents generate themselves.
