What happens after you send a brief

    We confirm the brief arrived and send back any questions where it is unclear.

    First answer within 24 hours

    On business days we tell you whether the project is a fit for us and roughly what it involves. If it is not a fit, we say that plainly too.

  3. 03

    A free call

    Forty minutes online or in the office: goals, constraints, the systems you already run. No charge and no obligation.

  4. 04

    A written proposal

    Two to three working days after the call: stages, timeline, a fixed price and what is not included. The price does not move inside the agreed scope.

What helps to include

You do not need a finished specification — a few sentences is enough. But the more of the following you can give us, the more precise our answer.

  • What you want built and which problem it solves
  • The address of your current site or system, if there is one
  • What it needs to connect to (1C, CRM, warehouse, payments)
  • Your timing expectation — a specific date if you have one
  • A budget range, even a rough one
